Validate land use plans that balance residential, commercial, industrial, and recreational spaces, while preserving natural resources and ensuring optimal land utilization. Enforce zoning regulations and policies to ensure that all construction projects comply with local, state, and national laws. Ensure Integration of principles of sustainable urban design, environment resilience, and green principles into planning and implementation processes to promote energy efficiency, reduce carbon footprints, and enhance the quality of life. Plan and oversee the development of essential infrastructure, including transportation networks, public utilities, and green spaces, to support the city's growth according to the original designs.
