Role Overview

We are looking for a

Lead UI/UX Designer

to own and drive the

design vision, user experience strategy, and design execution

for the

VEROXON enterprise healthcare AI platform

. This role demands strong leadership in

product design, design systems, and user-centered decision-making

, along with the ability to design for

complex workflows, data-heavy dashboards, and regulated environments

.

The Lead UI/UX Designer will partner closely with

Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, and Business stakeholders

to ensure consistent, intuitive, and scalable product experiences across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the

end-to-end UI/UX strategy

for enterprise healthcare products Define and evolve the

product design vision

aligned with business goals Own and maintain

design systems, UI standards, and UX guidelines

Design complex enterprise workflows, dashboards, and analytics interfaces Conduct and oversee

user research, usability testing, and design validation

Translate product and clinical requirements into scalable design solutions Collaborate with Product Managers on feature discovery and roadmap planning Partner with frontend engineers to ensure high-quality design implementation Review and mentor junior designers; provide design leadership and feedback Ensure accessibility, usability, and compliance standards are met (WCAG) Present design concepts and rationale to senior leadership and stakeholders Drive consistency and quality across web and platform experiences

Required Skills & Experience

Design & Leadership Experience

8-12 years of experience in

UI/UX or Product Design

Proven experience as a

Lead or Senior Designer

on enterprise products Strong portfolio showcasing

SaaS, enterprise, or healthcare platforms

Experience leading design initiatives across complex product ecosystems

Design Tools & Systems

Expert proficiency in

Figma

(preferred); Sketch or Adobe XD acceptable Strong experience building and scaling

design systems

Deep understanding of typography, layout, interaction, and visual hierarchy Experience designing responsive, accessible, and scalable UI components

User Research & Experience Strategy

Strong experience in

user research, usability testing, and design iteration

Ability to synthesize insights into actionable design decisions Experience creating personas, journey maps, and service blueprints Understanding of UX metrics, heuristics, and experience optimization

Enterprise & Domain Expertise (Preferred

)

Experience designing

data-heavy, workflow-driven enterprise applications

Exposure to

healthcare, fintech, or regulated domains

Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.x) Understanding of security and compliance considerations in UI design

Collaboration & Communication

Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills Experience working with

cross-functional, global teams

Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints Excellent written and verbal communication skills
