Lead UI / UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Design & UI/UX

Create visually compelling and responsive website layouts using the latest design tools and frameworks. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups based on project requirements. Ensure consistent brand identity across web and mobile platforms.

Front-End Collaboration

Work closely with developers to implement designs using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks Optimize designs for speed, performance.

Responsive & Cross-Browser Compatibility

Design for multiple devices, screen sizes, and browsers. Test and troubleshoot design issues across various platforms.

Trends & Innovation

Stay updated with the latest design trends, UI/UX tools, and emerging technologies like AI-driven design, 3D web graphics, and motion UI. Recommend innovative design approaches to improve user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Design Tools

: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator (experience Canva).

Front-End Knowledge

: Understanding of HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/SCSS), JavaScript basics, and frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.

UI/UX Principles

: Strong grasp of user-centered design, typography, color theory, layout composition, and responsive design principles.

Prototyping & Animation

: Experience with interactive prototypes, micro-interactions, and animation tools.

SEO & Performance

: Awareness of web performance optimization and SEO-friendly design practices.
