In this role you will:

Lead

end-to-end training programs

including onboarding, upskilling, refresher sessions, and leadership development. Create and maintain

structured learning material

such as SOPs, process guides, and e-learning modules. Conduct

capability assessments, certifications, and refresher trainings

to close knowledge and skill gaps. Partner with

Operations and SMEs

to anticipate future training needs based on new customers and evolving processes. Mentor

SMEs and team leads

on executing process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma Green Belt methodologies. Provide

frameworks, coaching, and tools

to enable SMEs in running RCA, defining metrics, and driving improvements. Track and support

SLA/metric improvement initiatives

owned by SMEs, ensuring consistency and governance across projects. Facilitate

project reviews and governance sessions

, acting as a bridge between training, operations, and project outcomes. Use

data-driven analysis

(Pareto, Fishbone, 5-Whys) to identify recurring issues and convert them into targeted training interventions. Standardize

best practices across accounts

to improve efficiency, quality, and SLA adherence. Champion a

culture of continuous learning and process excellence

across the organization.

Role Requirements:



Graduate in any discipline (

Instructional Design/Training certification preferred

). 4-5 years of experience in

Training, SME enablement, or Process Improvement roles

. Must hold a

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification

(minimum). Strong

training delivery & facilitation

skills (classroom, virtual, and floor coaching). Proven experience in

curriculum design, training material development, and capability building

. Ability to

coach SMEs and leads

on driving projects and using quality tools.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

certification (mandatory). Excellent

communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management

. Analytical ability to

measure training effectiveness

in terms of SLA/metric improvements.
