Role / Job Title: Lead-Training- Retail Liabilities
Function/Department: Retail Liabilities
Job Purpose:
Develop and deliver effective training modules with the team, addressing the ongoing training requirements to meet business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, and consultation with managers.
• Develop individualized and group training programs that address Channel business needs.
• Develop training manuals that target tangible results.
• Implement effective and purposeful training methods.
• Effectively manage the training budget.
• Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training meets business needs and improves performance.
• Assess employees' skills, performance, and productivity to identify areas of improvement.
• Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities.
• Effectively communicate with team members, trainers, and management.
• Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organization's goals.
• Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.
• Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage, and deliver training.
• Keep abreast of training trends, developments, and best practices.
• Assist audit and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and guidelines.
• Provide best in-class customer service to all clients to become their primary banker.

Educational Qualifications:
Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)
Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA)
Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience.
