Keep training materials up to date with the latest SAP ABAP practices, tools, and techniques.
Should have good knowledge on SAP ABAP.
Should have the capability to mentor the junior trainers
Should communicate confidently
Should be willing to learn new technologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners.
Provide one-on-one mentoring or group coaching during lab sessions to help participants solidify their understanding.
Gather feedback from trainees to continuously improve training effectiveness
