Excellent understanding of various types of testing, such as functional testing, regression testing, performance testing, and security testing. CANDIDATE S RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and mentor our existing team of skilled testing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to empower their growth and optimize overall team performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and quality assurance, to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the testing lifecycle. Review and analyze reports generated by test engineers, identifying areas for improvement and delivering constructive feedback. T ake ownership of the end-to-end testing process, from test planning and design to execution, defect tracking, and reporting. Escalate testing-related issues to senior management promptly, providing accurate and comprehensive information. Stay updated on the latest testing methodologies and frameworks to incorporate industry-leading practices and ensure continuous improvement in testing processes.
