- Lead and manage the telesales team focused on acquiring new customers for Helpee's elder care services.- Own daily calling operations - setting targets, monitoring call quality, conversions, and lead follow-ups.- Develop scripts and processes for efficient pitching, objection handling, and lead nurturing.- Train and coach team members regularly to improve performance and productivity.- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure lead quality and feedback loops.- Track and report KPIs including lead-to-conversion ratios, call volumes, and team productivity.- Handle escalations, guide complex calls, and ensure a consistently high-quality customer experience.- Be hands-on when needed - jump on calls, close leads, and set the pace for the team. Who You Are :- 2-4 years of telesales experience, with at least 1 year in a team lead role.- Comfortable working in high-intensity, target-driven environments.- Proven ability to build and improve sales processes and team performance.- Excellent communication, persuasion, and coaching skills.- Fluent in English and Kannada (additional South Indian languages a plus).- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and execution mindset.- Prior experience in healthcare, elder care, or service sales is a bonus.
