We are committed to delivering a comfortable and secure living experience for working professionals and students across urban hubs.Role Overview:We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller - Customer Service Lead to drive lead generation and customer onboarding for our PG (paying guest) properties. The role involves proactively reaching out to leads, understanding customer requirements, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to prospective leads and inquiries from various sources (online platforms, referrals, campaigns, etc.).- Identify potential paying guests based on their accommodation needs.- Explain Vizima's offerings, pricing, and benefits effectively.- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email to maintain engagement and push toward conversion.- Schedule site visits or virtual tours as needed.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and conversion status using CRM tools or internal systems.- Support onboarding process once the lead confirms booking.- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly.Requirements:- 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or inside sales (hospitality or real estate preferred).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English fluency preferred).- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.- Ability to work with targets and under pressure.- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or spreadsheets is a plus.What We Offer:Salary Range 12k-15k monthly+ Variables.- Opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding hospitality brand.- Friendly and energetic work environment.- Please share your resume through LinkedIn message, Current Experience, Location & current Salary, Availability.
