Combine expertise of business data and requirement analysis for advance analytics data mining and statistical modelling with the ability in model building and application experience in data mining techniques and tools Design for API Enablement with Data Models Develop unsupervised supervised ML models for flagging anomalies in records generate insights and Solutions dashboard for customer and Anomaly Detection Develop capabilities so that systems can take decisions by performing predictive analysis to provide customer prediction on price customer churn likely date of delivery etc Rationalize systems and processes to ensure data quality generate Single source of truth for customer inventory data Building data lake architecture with support for multiple data source ingestion data preparation ETL data discovery and visualization tools Integrate digital technologies into business and use of new skills and digital technology to solve traditional problems with solutions that enable inherently new types of innovation and creativity for platform development and other IT solutions May include individuals working using IT Agile methodology in a scrum development team Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholder by understanding and representing the customerbacklog management iteration planning and elaboration of the user stories and requirements Assist UX Designer to provide supporting prototypeswireframes Assist QA team in reviewing the test cases and with story validationReview stories completed by development team in a sprint against acceptance criteria and UX Identifies business system solution requirements analyse work processes and operations establish solution objectives evaluate information systems functionality to identify gaps measure solution impact recommend business process redesign wherever applicable Facilitate the process to collect and define requirements provide advice and recommendations on trends and best practices gathering information on long and short term tech plans and performing analysis on businesssystemsprocesses to identify improvements and or calculate costbenefit data Developing relationships alignment and trust with stakeholders while acting as a SPOC between business and IT and position IT as a strategic partner of business Engaging IT Architecture Program Management and Delivery team members at the right time for developing a platform or an IT solutionDevelop a broad and deep understanding of the business area and its challenges and use that as context for prioritization deliverables and all recommendation Develop EndtoEnd Scenarios E2E for User Acceptance Testing UAT Guide solution delivery for strategic projects from UBR completion to deployment development of high level low level detailed design manage the development process unit testing system testing integration testing UAT documentation training data model documents etc Guide the delivery team on user documentation and drive training and knowledge transfer create evaluate and modify prototypes to support evolving hardwaresoftware application development solution or product offerings to the client Develop user profiles with emphasis on human error control display issues visual interaction physical manipulation and task objective analyses Develop and apply software designusability processes in the investigating technical problems Provide prod usability evaluation and support including analysis and investigation of applicationssystems including tactile methods visual graphics web multimedia voice response and conversational user interaction Assist in developing design concept and implementation giving input on user design considerations specifications describing user requirements and internal structures for prod in development

Minimum qualification & experience

Role: ETL Developer

• 2 to 5 years Information Technology and Demonstrate experience with Agile (Scrum) and DevOps software development methodologies
• Exposure to Telecom industry is desirable
• Demonstrated experience with the following:

• Developing large complex ETL & Analytics applications in enterprise level environments
• Informatica Power Center / Pentaho DI preferred
• Implementation of exception handling and SCD Type 2 within ETL
• ETL Performance tuning
• Data source types: Oracle, SQLServer, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Flat File, JSON API, Apps, Hadoop, MongoDB, Teradata JDBC
• Creating formal deployment plans inclusive of rollback and sanity testing strategies
• RDBMS concepts and principles with advanced PL/SQL skills
• Experience with automated testing & reporting tools, Power BI a plus
• Ability to work across large teams, prioritize, collaborate and meet product release schedules.
• Bachelor of Science or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer / Electronics Engineering.

• Demonstrated experience implementing ETL solutions using any of the following technologies:

• Informatica Powercenter 9.6 / 10.2
• Pentaho Data Integration
• Teradata 15.10, 16.10
• Informatica IDQ 10.x (desired)
• IBM IIS (IA, DS, DQ) (desired)
• Pentaho BA Server (desired)
• MS SSIS
• Installation, administration and configuration of above mentioned products desirable
• Strong SQL skills and ability to tune sql in a against large data sources
• Basic scripting to load data into DB and export to various formats
• Basic Shell Scripting for automating tasks
• Demonstrated experience of Salesforce.com (SFDC) integration a plus
• Demonstrated experience with Data profiling and Data Quality
• Excellent Communications skills
