Job Title- CRC Implementation Lead

Location- Pune, India

Role Description

Looking for a technology lead, having proven track record of end-to-end delivery and implementation of application/product in Reporting domain. The Financial Regulatory Tech group has in-house developed product called CRC (Common Reporting Capabilities). The product is envisioned to incorporate Group & Local Regulatory Reporting needs for various business entities across the globe. The candidate is expected to work closely with Business Stake holders, Product Owners and other technology teams to ensure good quality, maintainable, scalable and high performing software applications are being implemented for users. Manage the stake holders' expectations. Work in Global environment and with the teams spanned across multiple regions to deliver common objectives. Should be able to work and guide the team / vendor team on designing, implementing and delivering quality product. Should have a positive outlook and possess strong problem-solving attitude, and communication skills. The candidate should have a strong technical background with functional knowledge of reporting, preferably Regulatory Reporting along with having exposure to any reg reporting product/tool. Possess knowledge of cloud, preferably GCP.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of CRC product (Common Reporting Capabilities).
• Get involved with hands-on code commits and configuration.
• Actively participate & drive the PI/QBR planning for the implementation teams.
• Participate in design/code reviews and guide team members.
• Articulate issues and risks to the stake holders in timely manner.
• Analyse product/software issues/defects and get them fixed in timely manner.
• Active participant in features review & prioritization with Product management group.
• Collaborate with QA, Product testing, Dev-Ops & Release management groups.
• Collaborate closely with global teams to have single common view on the deliverables.
• Share constructive and timely feedback to the team and associated teams.

Your skills and experience

Must have

• Should be hands on in technology.
• Minimum 15 years of IT industry experience.
• Proficient in stakeholder management.
• Good written & verbal communication.
• Sound experience in reporting domain, preferably regulatory reporting.
• Exposure to any reporting product.
• Possess SAFe Agile knowledge and experience of working in ART.
• Understanding of Cloud - GCP preferred.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle / SQL/PL / SQL.
• Understanding of GitHub and its usage.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Hive/BigData, Spark & Scala, Micro-Services, drools.
• Familiarity to Confluence, Jira and ALM.
• Knowledge/experience of Spotify model of Agile.
