Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement advanced technologies and best practices for improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and lifespan.
Provide technical expertise in the design, installation, and commissioning of new systems and equipment.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols in all technical operations, fostering a culture of safety and compliance.
Support the Head Project in planning and executing strategic initiatives, including capacity expansion and process optimization projects.
Train and mentor team members to build technical capabilities and ensure knowledge transfer.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
10 to 15 years of experience in technical support roles within large-scale industrial operations, preferably in the coal, chemical, Petrochemical sectors.
Proven track record of managing maintenance and technical support teams in high-pressure environments.
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
Advanced certifications in maintenance management or relevant technical fields are preferred.
