Lead - Technical Program Management, Digital Business
Purpose:
To lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs across Sony LIV's digital ecosystem. This role ensures alignment between business priorities and tech deliverables, driving efficiency, timely releases, and scalable solutions.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Post-graduate degree or MBA is an added plus.
Experience:
-12 years of experience in technical program or project management in product-based digital companies. Strong exposure to Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies. Experience working with cross-functional engineering, product, and design teams.
Experience of managing projects for OTT platforms is preferred.

Business/Channel/Function:

Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale digital programs
Collaborate with Product and Engineering leads to prioritize roadmaps and define delivery milestones
Monitor program risks, dependencies, and blockers, ensuring mitigation plans are in place
Drive effective Agile ceremonies and sprint planning sessions
Ensure program documentation, status reporting, and stakeholder updates are timely and clear
Track and improve team delivery metrics and overall throughput
Support post-release reviews and continuous improvement efforts
Critical Competencies:
? Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum practices, and software delivery lifecycle
? Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
? Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
? Expertise in tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar PM tools
? Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously under tight timelines
