Customer Success Services (CSS) is a unit within the Oracle's Customer Service Organization that establishes long-term relationships with many of Oracle's customers through annuity-based service contracts and project-based one-time services. CSS services team sells from a broad IT-services portfolio both on a fixed price and T&M basis. CSS services are typically requested by large Oracle customers that require the utmost attention to real mission-critical applications and processes. CSS covers the majority of large-scale Oracle customers. Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) provides unmatched, tailored support that ensures your organization's Oracle technology investments deliver the cutting-edge innovation and performance your business requires to compete, all while coexisting within your IT environment. Responsibilities

  • Lead complex solutions and work with Product SME's for Solution Design
  • Lead Customer workshop, understand the solution and gaps
  • Take ownership forthe solution approach design, and lead the Technical Delivery Team
  • Articulate best practices, understand customer pain points and challenges to arrive at the best fit solution.
  • Build a complete project plan,a phased approach, and resource planning for the complex migration project. Stitch together dependencies across multiple products
  • Act as a Trusted Adviser for customer's business problem
Skills
  • 15+ years of Experience in cloud technologies, managing implementation and migration projects.
  • Experience in Discovery & Analysis, Creating Solution Design & Plans.
  • Proven Solution Lead with experience in Large Cloud migrations and Data center migrations.
  • Multi-Domain Expertise (Cloud Infra, Database, Middleware, Applications).
  • Strong Troubleshooting experience covering one or more Oracle Products (Database, Middleware, Applications).
  • Strong persuasive communication skills, presentation skills, documentation & writing skills.
