Lead Talent Acquisition - Vendor Management

Experience -

Baner, Pune

Responsibilities:



Vendor Onboarding & Relationship Management



Identify, onboard, and manage staffing and service vendors across IT skills and domains Act as a single point of contact between vendors and internal stakeholders Maintain long-term vendor relationships while ensuring performance, compliance, and delivery standards Conduct regular vendor performance reviews (quality, turnaround time, compliance, cost)

Requirement Fulfillment & Coordination



Share requirements with empaneled vendors and track submissions Ensure timely and relevant profile submissions as per SLA Coordinate with vendors for interview scheduling, feedback, and offer closure Drive fulfillment for priority and critical requirements

Profile Screening & Quality Control



Perform initial screening of vendor-submitted profiles for skill fit, experience, and role alignment Conduct telephonic / video screening interviews where required Validate candidate resumes against job descriptions and client expectations

Due Diligence & Compliance



Validate candidate documents including: Identity proof Education certificates Employment documents Background details (as applicable) Ensure vendor compliance with contracts, NDAs, and data security policies Maintain accurate records of vendor agreements, rate cards, and compliance documents

Costing & Commercials



Negotiate rates with vendors within defined budgets Maintain rate parity and avoid dependency on single vendors Support contract-to-hire and temporary hire (THA) models

Reporting & Data Management



Maintain vendor MIS including: Profiles shared Interviews scheduled Offers made / joins Vendor performance metrics Share daily/weekly status reports with leadership and recruitment teams

Required Skills & Competencies



Strong understanding of IT staffing, contract hiring, and vendor ecosystems Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to evaluate technical and functional profiles Knowledge of compliance, documentation, and hiring best practices Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in MS Excel, ATS, and recruitment tools
