Role Overview:
Responsible for full-cycle Talent Acquisition for Technology & Non-Technology roles, leadership hiring, stakeholder coordination, and recruitment strategy implementation aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
IT & Non-IT hiring, sourcing, screening, salary negotiation & onboarding
Strategic hiring for niche & senior tech roles
Talent pipeline creation & database management
Leading junior recruiters, performance monitoring & capability building
Partnering with business leaders for manpower planning
Working with external recruitment vendors & consultants
Process optimization using ATS & reporting dashboards
Compliance with hiring standards & documentation
Qualification & Skills:
MBA/HR or related field
5-8 years of Talent Acquisition experience (preferably IT & Education sector)
Strong understanding of IT skills & hiring trends
Experience in fast-paced / tech-driven organizations
Excellent communication & stakeholder management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
