About the Role:

We're looking for a hands-on and strategic Lead - Talent Acquisition who can drive end-to-end hiring across functions, with a strong focus on technology, product, analytics, and business roles. You'll partner closely with senior stakeholders, lead a small team, and shape hiring strategies that support our rapid growth.

This role calls for a mix of execution excellence, stakeholder management, and hiring with pace and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage full-cycle recruitment for leadership and mid-to-senior level roles across tech & non-tech domains. Partner with business and functional heads to understand workforce plans and translate them into actionable hiring roadmaps. Lead a team of recruiters; provide mentorship, guidance, and ensure high performance. Leverage data, dashboards, and market intelligence to drive hiring decisions and manage stakeholder expectations. Ensure exceptional candidate experience and strong employer brand representation throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Collaborate with HRBPs, Compensation, and L&D teams to ensure holistic onboarding and talent success. Build and nurture a passive talent pipeline for critical and niche roles. Innovate hiring practices by leveraging AI tools, automation, and sourcing analytics to improve efficiency and quality-of-hire.

Key Requirements:

8-12 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2-3 years in a lead or strategic role. Strong exposure to tech hiring (Java, Data, DevOps, Cloud) and business hiring (Product, Finance, Strategy, Analytics). Proven experience working with CXO or Director-level stakeholders. Familiarity with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, and AI-enabled recruitment platforms. Strong analytical skills -- ability to translate data into insights and actions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. A people-first mindset with a sense of urgency and ownership.

Pay: ?65,000.00 - ?85,000.00 per month
