Responsibilities - * Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to design and implement effective, results-driven talent strategies.

  • Conduct talent market research, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment plans and strategies.
  • Engage with HR and business leadership to address key recruitment challenges, develop sourcing strategies, and prioritize hiring initiatives.
  • Develop sourcing plans using talent market data and internal/external resources to target the right talent pools.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of hiring needs, meeting recruitment goals and quality standards for each position.
  • Build and maintain a robust external talent pipeline aligned to the organization's future hiring needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from candidate engagement to offer delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational policies.
Requirements - * MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification with HR specialization.
  • 5-8 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in talent acquisition.
  • Experience working in research, consulting, or professional services sectors.
  • Proficiency in ATS/ERP systems such as Workday or SuccessFactors.
  • Strong data analytical skills and familiarity with key recruitment metrics.
