Qualification : Graduate/ Post Graduate with relevant experience. Degree in HR domain like MBA(HR), MSW or MLW would be added advantage. Experience : Minimum 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition for Manufacturing Industries. : We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to help us find, attract, and hire top talent in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, with a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry and its specific needs and challenges. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies tailored to the manufacturing industry.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of recruiters.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired profiles.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, Induction and verification process.
- Ensure all hiring practices comply with regulatory and ethical standards.
- Utilize data-driven techniques to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
- Foster relationships with potential candidates and create a strong employer brand.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on the manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and platforms. Well conversant with various sourcing tools like naukri, linkedin, monster, indeed etc. along with other social media tools.
- Knowledge of employment law and hiring practices.
- Ensuring document verification, onboarding & Induction, background verification process etc.
