Job Description

The Lead Software Architect will be responsible for ensuring the design and development of software architecture aligns with business objectives and scalability. You will partner cross-functionally to define system requirements and design solutions that integrate seamlessly into complex engineering systems. You will be responsible for driving innovation through prototyping and evaluating new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance development processes



Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software development teams Drive architectural decisions to optimize system performance, reliability, and maintainability Influence the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns across projects Collaborate with quality assurance teams to establish and maintain high standards of software quality Implement and oversee testing strategies to ensure the reliability and performance of software solutions Work closely with product managers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective software architecture Architect solutions that support scalability and performance optimization, particularly for largescale and missioncritical applications Conduct performance assessments and implement optimizations as needed

YOU MUST HAVE
6+ years of experience in software architecture and development Expert level knowledge in design principals, architectural patterns, and coding standards Strong background in multiple programming languages and technologies Ability to work under minimal supervision
