Job Description

10~12 yrs experience in strategic sourcing/purchasing : Turnkey Project related purchasing of systems, components, spare parts and services with a worldwide supplier base for worldwide customer projects .
Worked in 2-3 Mid-large size Green filed Turnkey projects related to ware house automation till final execution .
Bachelor in Electronics Engineering /mechanical engineering
Must have minimum 6~8 yrs experience in complete solution related to ASRS, Conveyors, AGVs, RGVs, AMRs , shuttle system , automation software , Robotics ,Industrial automation products etc..
Sound technical understanding about above commodities
\xc2\xb7 Good project management experience and skills
Preferably from ware house automation company or related industries dealing with ware house automation
Experience in Claim Management
Base location - Must be NCR , preferably Gurgaon
Selection, evaluation and development of a competitive supplier base in terms of overall costs, quality and security of Supply
Knowledge on complete P2P process - RFQ to Po release to material receipt to invoice processing to Payment monitoring to vendor , vendor management , SAP knowledge
Knowledge on both local and Import purchasing , Taxes , duties etc
Creation and negotiation of supplier contracts (work and service contracts) in coordination with corporate guideline
Diversified supplier base locally and globally .
strong ability to maintain cost and delivery , Strong negotiation skills .
Good and transparent communication skills . nice to have - Can speak Chinese
