Job Title: Lead / Sr. Lead Specialist - ERM - Pune- 7+ Years
Location: Pune
Summary:
As a Lead / Sr. Lead Specialist in Enterprise Risk Management, you will be responsible for executing and supporting key ERM activities including KARs/KRIs, RAS monitoring, ORSA processes, documentation, and governance. This role requires strong analytical capability, hands-on risk assessment experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with enterprise-wide risk frameworks and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Support key components of the ERM framework including Risk Appetite, Risk Registers, KRIs, and policy compliance.
• Assist in monitoring risk metrics, thresholds, and reporting deviations to leadership.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments and support ORSA documentation.
• Participate in enterprise governance, internal control reviews, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Support preparation of presentations, dashboards, summary reports, and policy documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across operations, actuarial, compliance, and finance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of ERM processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Ensure adherence to internal ERM standards, timelines, and delivery expectations.

Requirements:

• 7-12 years of experience in Enterprise Risk, Internal Controls, Insurance Risk, or related domains.
• Strong understanding of ERM frameworks, ORSA processes, RAS monitoring, and regulatory expectations.
• Ability to interpret risk data, support model documentation, and prepare dashboards or risk summaries.
• Experience working with governance, compliance, or enterprise reporting teams.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, data interpretation, and documentation management.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certifications (FRM, CRM, ARM, etc.) preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
