will be responsible for driving Specialty Diagnostics sales and business growth across
Chennai
. This role involves developing hospital and consultant networks, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving business targets through effective leadership and execution. The incumbent will serve as the key point of contact for all specialty business initiatives in the region.
Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development & Revenue Growth
Drive Specialty Business (e.g., Cardiac, Oncology, Endocrinology, Genetics, etc.) across the Chennai market.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with company objectives.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, consultants, and specialty clinics.
Plan and execute market penetration strategies to increase test volume and revenue share.
2. Key Account & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), consultants, and hospital decision-makers.
Ensure timely service delivery and support to all existing and new clients.
Conduct regular review meetings with key customers to understand their needs and strengthen partnerships.
3. Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead and mentor the Specialty Business Executives and Sales Officers across Chennai.
Guide the team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
Coordinate with laboratory operations, logistics, and quality teams for seamless service support.
4. Market Intelligence & Strategy
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Provide strategic inputs for product positioning and promotional initiatives.
Support the marketing team in executing local campaigns and CMEs.
5. Reporting & Compliance
Prepare and present periodic business reports and performance dashboards.
Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical business practices, and statutory compliance.
