Responsibilities * Collaborate with stakeholders to identify organizational training needs related to behavioral competencies.

• Design, develop, and deliver impactful soft skills training programs tailored to suit business objectives.
• Conduct assessments to ensure measurable outcomes for training effectiveness.
• Coordinate with various departments to organize workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions.
• Create development plans and content for both individual contributors and managerial roles.

Requirements * Experience: 7+ years in soft skills training, learning & development, or a similar role in corporate

• A background in psychology, education, organizational behaviour, or related fields will be preferred.
• Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and public speaking skills.
• Proven expertise in instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess training effectiveness and deliver improvements.
