We are looking for an enthusiastic Lead Generator to support our sales and marketing team by identifying and generating potential leads. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to learn sales processes and grow in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and online research Identify potential customers and collect required details Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team Maintain and update lead data in CRM or spreadsheets Understand company products and services Meet daily and monthly lead targets

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (verbal and written) Basic computer knowledge Willingness to learn sales and marketing processes Positive attitude and confidence

Preferred Skills:

Basic knowledge of sales or digital marketing (a plus) Familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools

Qualification:

Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream) Freshers are welcome
