Lead Specialist - Financial Planning & Analysis - CA - 4-7 Years - Pune
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lead Specialist - FP&A Indian Accounting to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, with a strong grasp of Indian Accounting Standards. Responsibilities - * Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards.

• Analyze financial results and variances, providing actionable insights to support business strategy.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and financial models to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements relating to Indian Accounting Standards.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a positive and productive team culture.

Requirements - * Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent degree with a strong foundation in Indian Accounting Standards.

• 6-10 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) roles, preferably in multinational organizations.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting tools.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools is highly desirable.
