Marsh McLennan Global Services India Private Limited (MMGS) is seeking a Graphic Design expert for the following position based in the Mumbai, India office:
DEPUTY MANGER / MANAGER DIGITAL MEDIA & GRAPHIC DESIGN (PPT AND PRINT)

The Marsh IMPACT team is an integral part of the Sales and Client Engagement function who manage and put together clear, concise, and compelling proposals, presentations, and additional pitch collateral to help win and retain business. The IMPACT Practice is a key engineof Marshs growth - a global resource of project managers and designers/artists who help ourcolleagues retain and winopportunities by delivering Marsh's best ideas to clients and prospects.
MMGS is a global knowledge center for Marsh McLennan and houses teams, which work closely with the colleagues across various operating units and locations. The Knowledge Services function under MMGS aims to provide specialized services in the domain of Research, Consulting, Data Analytics, Data Science, Actuarial and Design.
Design support for proposals and sales enablement is a key service offering provided by Knowledge Services to global Marsh McLennan businesses and the Asia IMPACT Practice is currently seeking a Manager with graphics and presentation design expertise to ensure our proposals are competitive, compelling and aligned with the client/prospects objectives.

We will count on you to:

• Work on a dedicated basis with the Asia IMPACT team to develop collaterals for key stakeholders internal and external clients Making appropriate design choices for effective communication to specific target audiences.
• Prior experience working with senior leaders to help them articulate key growth & strategy messaging, and/or experience in designing documents for RFP/Bid responses for Sales support will be an advantage.
• This role will cover graphic design skills along with a component of designing microsites for client requirements.
• Possessing the agility and maturity to understand the dynamic nature of RFP/Bid Support requirements to provide timely design support to Asia IMPACT leaders on any regional Growth and Sales Strategy collaterals, Client engagement presentations etc.
• Demonstrate responsiveness to manage iterative workflow across time zones for seamless delivery on dynamic fast-paced projects.
• Serve in a consultative capacity as a subject matter expert on design and branding. Ensure relevant brand recommendations are made to sales/ client-facing colleagues. Overall, walk the fine balance between creative ideation and timely delivery, while maintaining corporate brand standards.
• Attention to detail and result orientation is essential to understand the needs of the clients and conceptualize designs around it.
• Design value-add in terms of providing alternate information driven representations of raw data Reimagine basic graphics/ pie charts/ bar graphs to more visually appealing information graphics. Combine business context with the right imagery / graphics/ design solutions to create impactful IMPACT collaterals.
• Create design solutions that are both functional and aesthetically designed by incorporating interactive and rich media elements wherever possible, to push the boundaries of traditional corporate documents.
• Be client centric Flexibility with a Can-do attitude to effectively switch between concurrent projects as required, to meet business priorities successfully.
• Excellent team player be able to build collaborative working relationships with all stakeholders in the region.

What you need to have:

• A graduate degree or certification in Fine Arts / Applied Arts.
• 4 to 8 years hands-on experience in a Design team within in a corporate environment.
• Prior experience of working with either of the following would be beneficial:

• Sales support / Bid Management / RFP & Tender Support in a Consulting / SSC / Financial Services company. or,
• Digital companies or experience working with web developers on the front-end design of portals / websites.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud/Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop - Print design experience across outputs like Brochures, Thought Leadership Reports, Posters, Newsletters, Interactive PDFs, stand-alone Infographics, design of content for varied Digital client touchpoints etc.
• Prior experience designing front-end visualizations of webpages, digital interfaces etc. would be beneficial for the role.
• MS Office Proficiency Experience working on MS PowerPoint for visual storytelling of business concepts on corporate presentations decks.
• Data Visualization - Ability to assimilate business content and convert it into infographics.
• Strong foundational knowledge of typography, branding, print production techniques and industry best practices.

Communication Skills - be able articulate design choices and concepts and communicate effectively with stakeholders across levels both verbally and in writing.
What makes you stand out?

• Web Design knowledge on basic HTML, JavaScript, WordPress etc.
• Prior exposure to design delivery planning / project management, within an internal team environment.
• Video Production/Motion Graphics experience - Knowledge of software such as:

• Adobe Creative Suite Video Editing Software (Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere, Adobe Animate), to add music, graphics, animation, and to develop, edit and upload/manage video content.

Proven ability to deliver high quality work in deadline-driven and fast-paced environments
