This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.Lead Specialist - Digital Media & Graphic DesignThis role is a part of Mercer's OCIO team, focused on increasing win rates on mega deals, and driving cultural change in strategic sales practices. This opportunity is to work closely with bid teams across Mercers Health, Wealth and Career businesses to identify and implement best practices that will have a significant impact on large deals across Mercer globally.We will count on you to:xc2xb7 Design visually engaging and animated presentations that effectively communicate complex information and tell a compelling story.xc2xb7 Collaborate with growth coaches and visualisers to understand their requirements and translate them into visually appealing and impactful slides.xc2xb7 Ensure compliance with Objective Quality Standards (OQS) and Mercer brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional visual identity across all presentations.xc2xb7 Enhance our presentation capabilities by creating and maintaining a library of reusable templates.xc2xb7 Adapt quickly to changing circumstances and deliver results with agility and efficiency.xc2xb7 Stay up-to-date with scientific trends and adapt them to match best practices in visualisation techniques, continuously improving the quality and impact of your work.xc2xb7 Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality visualisations.What you need to have:xc2xb7 High proficiency in MS Ofice (PowerPoint, Word)xc2xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.xc2xb7 Experience with Adobe Creative Suite software, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign will be an advantagexc2xb7 Overall work experience of 5-7 yearsxc2xb7 Understanding the principles behind cognitive load, and the ability to apply them effectively in design to reduce extraneous cognitive load and enhance message clarity.xc2xb7 Proficiency in PowerPoint animations.xc2xb7 Strong design skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and layout.xc2xb7 Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.xc2xb7 Post-Graduate/ Graduate in Commerce/ Finance, Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics would be preferred.
