Responsibilities - * Administering employee benefits and providing monthly payroll inputs.

• Designing and developing compensation and benefits policies.
• Implementing compensation processes aligned with business strategy.
• Conducting C&B audits and recommending process improvements.
• Executing salary surveys, market benchmarking, and analysis reports.

Requirements - * 5 to 8 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and macros.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a team environment.
