Job Description

Develop and implement space management strategies for semiconductor fabrication and assembly facilities. Analyze process flows and spatial requirements for cleanrooms, sub-fabs, and support areas to optimize layouts for efficiency and compliance. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Process Engineering, MEP, Architecture) to integrate space planning into overall facility design. Prepare detailed space utilization reports, drawings, and compliance documentation aligned with semiconductor industry standards. Ensure adherence to ISO cleanroom classifications, EHS guidelines, and client specifications. Support project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation related to space allocation. Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools for design and documentation. Conduct audits and recommend improvements for space utilization during project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field, master's degree preferred 10+ years of experience in mechanical design engineering. Experience in Residential, Industrial,Retail or Semiconductor, projects.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to fast-paced environments. Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and delay analysis techniques.
