Title: Lead Solution Engineer

JOB SUMMARY: This role is a Lead Solution Engineer in our Enterprise Data and Analytics group. This position will require to Drive the architecture and build for integrating MDM tool with other systems by coordinating with respective technical architects and Business Analysts/Product Owners Work and collaborate cross-functionally with teams, business stakeholders and work with the Digital & IT / Data Science team, and the peer Data Analyst network across the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

\xef\x82\xb7 Architect, Build and deploy the Scalable, Highly available and reliable solution for Master Data & Management for managing Global Master Data Domains.

\xef\x82\xb7 Drive the architecture and build for integrating MDM tool with other systems by coordinating with respective technical architects and Business Analysts/Product Owners.

\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure the solution and code meet the NFRs and desired performance needs. \xef\x82\xb7 Lead functional understanding, work with Business on writing SIT/UAT test cases, execute test cases and approve the final solution from the technical team.

\xef\x82\xb7 Drive Global data management and data quality Capabilities.

\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent in driving results and approach for a global program.

\xef\x82\xb7 Partner with other organizations on road mapping next generation data management and data quality capabilities.

\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for conceptualizing, designing and execution of master data management initiatives

\xef\x82\xb7 Enable proactive solutions to drive business profitability through data and process improvements

\xef\x82\xb7 Deliver innovative, efficient and cost-effective solutions to meet enterprise needs along with Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect.

\xef\x82\xb7 Understand and apply the technical \xe2\x80\x9cbest practices\xe2\x80\x9d, keep pace with competition and peer companies

\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in leading development/implementation of Master Data technologies such as EnterWorks, Stibo, Reltio, MDG, MDM, MDS, HANA Information Steward, DQ Reporting.

\xef\x82\xb7 Hands on experience on EnterWorks is a plus and preferred.

\xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with Business Capability and other IT Services Delivery Teams to ensure high performance of the global application portfolio.

\xef\x82\xb7 Design and implement the solution for Hierarchies (customer, Product, Material, Supplier), data unification and standardization.

SKILLS & KNOWLDGE

\xef\x82\xb7 8 - 14 years of Professional experience with 7+ years of equivalent experience in information technology leading, global, remote and virtual governance teams. \xef\x82\xb7 5+ years MDM Architecture with systems architecture design, planning and implementation experience with cloud solutions and enterprise services.

\xef\x82\xb7 2+ years of experience with Agile software development.

\xef\x82\xb7 Should be able to demonstrate Exceptional Presentation and Architecture skills at all levels to show the strategy in the right way to the relevant audience

\xef\x82\xb7 Should have played global leader role while designing data management, data quality programs for the organization

\xef\x82\xb7 Should be excellent team player and have worked across domains \xe2\x80\x93 Customer, vendor, finance, material and product

\xef\x82\xb7 Demonstrable experience architecting MDM solutions from scratch or enhancing existing MDM solution for large-scale organizations.

\xef\x82\xb7 Exposure to Data Governance best practices.

\xef\x82\xb7 Experience working in Automotive and/or manufacturing environment is a plus.

\xef\x82\xb7 Experience with hybrid (cloud/on premises) integration architecture patterns is highly desired.

\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in working with Cloud platforms such as Azure or Snowflake.

\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

\xef\x82\xb7 Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

\xef\x82\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics.
