We are seeking a hands-on QA leader to own and drive automation testing. Must have strong experience with Selenium, test frameworks, and CI/CD integration. Responsible for leading frontend and backend test automation, mentoring QA engineers, and ensuring high-quality agile delivery through continuous testing and QAOps practices.



Desired Candidate Profile



Proficiency in Selenium for browser-based automation testing and a good understanding of writing maintainable and scalable test frameworks.

A good understanding and experience with API testing and automation for backend services.

Having good knowledge of the log management tools and practices, such as Log4j, is optional.

Experience with Allure Reports or similar tools is required to generate insightful and actionable test results.

Hands-on with Git-based version control systems like GitHub or GitLab, and familiar with Zephyr or comparable test management platforms.

Ability to read and write YAML configurations to support CI/CD workflows, along with knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.

Familiarity with QAOps, shift-left testing, and continuous testing practices is important to drive quality early in the development lifecycle.
