Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Golang (primary), Python, and Java. Architect and implement microservices and distributed systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver robust solutions. Optimize application performance and ensure reliability in production environments. Work closely with DevOps teams to deploy and manage applications on AWS Cloud. Manage / Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

Required Qualifications8+ years of professional software development experience. Strong proficiency in Golang (must-have). Solid experience with Python and Java. Hands-on experience with microservice architecture and RESTful APIs. Expertise in AWS Cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.). Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Nice-to-Have SkillsFamiliarity with Cloud Code or Cursor AI tools. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation). Knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ). Exposure to AI-assisted development tools.

Soft SkillsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
