Job Title –Lead Software Engineer in Test Are you a Lead Software Engineer in Test with the skillset, passion and drive to create an automated test platform from scratch? The Purpose of This Role Simple, flexible, and secure digital appointment setting is at the core of Fidelity’s customer experience. As a member of a Engineering Efficiency and Assurance (EEA)chapter, you will be applying your strong analytical, software development and automated testing platform skills to architect, develop, and deploy an automation testing platform for a brand new digital appointment application. Additionally, as a subject matter expert, you will enable the squad in adopting test automation framework capabilities and testing best practices to ensure Fidelity is building the best product for our customers. You will work closely with EEA leadership to contribute towards goals to implement multiple refinements in automating end to end delivery pipelines The Value You Deliver

• Developing a scalable, efficient, and maintainable automation platform
• Demonstrate ownership for the quality for the squad within the tribe
• Strong problem solving and mathematical skills
• Ability to work across various complex systems/Systems analysis ability
• Actively participating in development and dev ops task in addition to testing
• Leading the squad with best testing, deployment, and integration practices
• Creating an efficient and effective continuous integration and delivery pipeline
• Obsessed with creating the best end-to-end customer experience
• You are a multi-stack engineer with knowledge in a breadth of technologies and test automation frameworks and solutions
• Keenly interested in learning new technologies and their adoption
• You own the outcome by taking personal accountability for delivering strong results
• You thrive in a fast paced, high demand environment

The Skills that are Key to this role Technical / Behavioral

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience with architecting automation test platforms
• Minimum 6 years of experience with utilizing and enhancing automated test platforms
• Demonstrated highly proficient development skillset with multiple of the following:
  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills- Must have
  • Automation framework development using industry leading tools (like Cyara, Cypress, Protractor, Selenium etc.) – Must have
  • Spring Boot with Cucumber test automation framework – Must have
  • Core Java experience – Must have
  • Hands on experience on one of below mentioned areas
    • Experience in Genesys Platform testing or similar call routing platform testing and automation
    • OR
    • Experience in Mainframe applications testing and automation
  • Expertise in Business analysis -Good to have
  • REST Assured, Strong API testing experience – Good to have
  • Jenkins (CI/CD Pipelines) – Good to have
  • Cyara test automation- Good to have
  • Mathematical Skill-Good to have
  • Prior experience in testing Mathematical models- Good To have
  • Docker - Good to have
  • AWS – would be a good advantage
• Strong demonstrated experience in delivering automated software tests in an Agile environment
• Demonstrated expertise with cloud-based testing solutions
• Hands-on experience with creating and using Virtual / Mock assets
• AWS experience is a huge plus
