Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Lead Software Engineer

with a strong background in

UiPath, RPA implementations, and AI/ML technologies

. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of hands-on technical expertise and leadership capabilities, driving innovation in automation, AI, and cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of

UiPath RPA solutions

across complex enterprise environments. Drive

end-to-end AI/ML initiatives

, including model development, training, fine-tuning, and deployment. Implement and optimize solutions leveraging

LLMs (Gemini, GPT, LLaMA, etc.)

for automation, NLP, and cognitive tasks. Architect and execute

cloud migration strategies

, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. Design and integrate

workflow automation solutions

using tools such as

Power Platform

and other enterprise automation frameworks. Apply

prompt engineering techniques

for effective utilization of LLMs in business applications. Establish and manage

MLOps pipelines

(MLflow, CI/CD) to streamline experimentation, deployment, and monitoring of ML models. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation and AI opportunities, ensuring alignment with business goals. Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and RPA/AI developers.

Required Skills & Experience

12+ years of overall IT experience

with a proven track record of leading technical projects.

6+ years of hands-on experience

in

UiPath

and large-scale

RPA implementations

. Strong programming skills in

Python

(automation, AI/ML, APIs, data pipelines). Proven expertise in

AI/ML technologies

, including

LLMs

and generative AI applications. Solid understanding of

cloud platforms

(AWS, Azure, GCP) and

migration strategies

. Experience with

workflow automation platforms

(Power Platform, etc.). Proficiency in

prompt engineering

and

model fine-tuning

for Gen AI solutions. Exposure to

MLOps practices

, including MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.

AI/Gen AI certifications

from reputed institutions will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
