Your Impact As a Lead Software Engineer you will utilize superior knowledge and experience to perform highly complex product architecture, design, systems analysis, research, maintenance, troubleshooting and other programming activities. You will also play a key role in the development of work teams by providing others with direction and leadership. You will also be involved in cross-team planning activities such as providing status updates and coordinating activities.What the role offers o Produce high quality code according to design specifications.o Detailed technical design of highly complex software components.o Utilize superior analytical skills to troubleshoot and fix highly complex code defects.o Propose creative solutions or alternatives balancing risk, complexity, and effort to meet requirements.o Lead software design/code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to company standards.o Lead and mentor other team members.o Collaborate with Product Owner to plan and prioritize tasks for others to support the achievement of team objectives.o Work across teams and functional roles to ensure interoperability among other products, including training and consultation.o Provide status updates to stakeholders and escalates issues when necessary.o Lead and/or participate in the software development process from design to release in an Agile Development Framework.



What you will need to succeed



Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fieldo 8+ years of enterprise product development experienceo Web based platform/application developmento Fundamentally good programming and debugging skillso Strong hands-on experience in .NET and C# and optionally in C++ or Java/ JEE. Decent Experience in Python programming and AI/LLMs. Building and consuming webservices (using RESTful APIs)o Understanding of performance and security in the mobile and enterprise contexto Responsive design and Agile methodologieso Proficiency with Web Services, SOAP, WSDL and XML, XML Schema and XPath, Node.js, Angular or any JS framework.o Good programming practices with solid object-oriented development experience.o A strong understanding of Application Architecture, High level and Low-level design.o Middleware/Application Servers and Infrastructure and strong experience in databaseso Ability to look at product architectural documents and identify potential issueso Strong hands-on experience with building enterprise applicationso Contribute to the continual improvement of our agile development processeso Experience liaising with groups of people across several geographieso Excellent communication and time management skills
