We are looking for a Technical Lead - .NET to design, develop, and optimize secure, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in software development, including 5+ years working with .NET Framework and C#, and a track record of leading teams, driving innovation, and mentoring developers. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to build high-quality solutions while following industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize scalable, secure .NET applications.
Lead architectural discussions, ensure high-quality code, and drive technical innovation.
Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot issues and continuously improve performance.
Guide and mentor team members, fostering an environment where diverse perspectives contribute to innovation.
Maintain technical documentation to support knowledge-sharing and process improvement.
Required skills & Qualifications
8+ years in software development, including 5+ years in .NET Framework and C#.
Proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, REST, Web API, and SQL Server.
Experience in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and front-end frameworks (Angular or Vue.js).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in agile, collaborative environments.
Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), dependency injection, asynchronous programming, and unit testing.
Familiarity with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
Preferred skills
Experience leading teams, guiding projects, and managing development timelines.
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and deployment strategies.
Experience integrating AI/ML models into .NET applications (a plus).
