Your Impact:

Lead Software Engineer with passion for technology and hands-on experience in software design and development. In this role you will work with cross-functional teams to lead multiple agendas, be responsible for all stages of design and development for products and platforms.

What the role offers:

Designs enhancements, updates, and programming changes for portions and subsystems of application software, utilities, databases, and Internet-related tools. Analyses design and determines coding, programming, and integration activities required based on general objectives and knowledge of overall architecture of product or solution. Ability to write good clean code on a day-to-day basis and actively participates in Code reviews. Leads a project team of other software systems engineers and internal and outsourced development partners to develop reliable, cost effective and high-quality solutions for assigned systems portion or subsystem. Collaborates and communicates with management, internal, and outsourced development partners regarding software systems design status, project progress, and issue resolution. Represents the software systems engineering team for all phases of larger and more-complex development projects. Provides guidance and mentoring to less- experienced staff members.

What you need to succeed:

Should have strong hands-on experience in Java/ J2EE technologies, Spring and Hibernate. Expertise in developing Application UI using AngularJS, Angular (latest versions), and Web Components. Strong experience on building microservices, API gateways (using RESTful APIs). Deep understanding of responsive design principles and frameworks. Should have very good problem solving, analytical, design and coding skills. Strong experience on Kubernetes and Cloud,. Identify, debug, and fix product issues efficiently. Implement software design/coding for functional requirements while ensuring quality and adherence to standards. Strong communication and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex code defects. Participate in the Agile development process from design to release. Good understanding on TLS, certificate management, key lifecycle handling Experience in leading design discussions and meetings. Strong communication and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex code defects. Engage in technical discussions, planning events, and contribute effectively. Drive innovation and integrate new technologies into the R organization. Handle customer incidents by understanding use cases and troubleshooting/debugging software programs.

Good to have:

Experience in CI/CD. Experience in adapting Generative AI in development lifecycle. Experience in collaborating with cross locations team.
