Manage the development and maintenance of one or more business applications and ensure project delivery within cost and quality expectation
Key Accountabilities:

Manage the full SDLC of one or more concurrent projects independently, including resource planning, timeline, checkpoints and cost to ensure timely and quality delivery of services to customers (internal and/or external)
Recommend project approach and technology/tools to be used Analyze, design, program, test, document and maintain IT systems or applications
Research and evaluate new technology tools for relevance and feasibility for adoption
Provide technical advice to customers (internal and/or external) in technology products/solutions
Provide technical leadership to team members, and guides staff on project management skills, system design and programming
Understand the interdependencies of the services (application, system, network and database) and is able to pin-point problem areas accurately to improve overall efficiency
Consistently share information on best practices and technology trends and give recommendations on best practices for business operations
Job Responsibilities & Duties
Independently own and deliver modules
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements
Drive issue resolution and perform integration testing
Support deployments and mentor juniors
Cross-domain experience in both Trade and Port/Terminal systems is desirable, though not required.

Skills Required:
Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular, GWT/Struts/JSF)
Strong back-end development skills (Java, Spring security, Spring boot etc.)
Good knowledge in writing the queries and handling the db operations.
Knowledge of application and web servers is essential.
Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Good at debugging and identifying the root cause of the problem.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) In addition to technical expertise, we look for individuals who exhibit strong collaboration and adaptability.
