We are looking for an experienced and driven Sr. Director, Application Support that can lead support for a large portfolio of business-critical applications. If you are up for the challenge, keep reading!


As the Sr. Director, Application Support you will be responsible for managing support operations for multiple products deployed on the cloud. You will collaborate with Engineering teams and other support groups to deliver quality service to internal and external customers. You will be accountable for meeting service levels and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also drive continuous improvements in process and organizational capabilities.

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using selenium with Java.

Write and execute SQL queries to validate data and ensure database integrity. Utilize Unix commands to manage and manipulate files, directories, and processes. Collaborate with the development team to understand application features and requirements. Design and execute automated test cases to identify defects and ensure software quality. Integrate automated tests into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline. Analyze test results, identify issues, and work with developers to resolve them. Document test plans, test cases, and test results. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in automation testing.

Qualifications

Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

3 to 5 years of Proven experience in automation testing with strong proficiency in Java. Solid understanding of SQL and experience with database testing. Proficiency in Unix commands and shell scripting. Familiarity with automation frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit. Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
