Act as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large scale technology solutions for technology engineering disciplines
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs
Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors
Make decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions requiring understanding of industry best practices and new technologies, influencing and leading technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals
Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Responsible for designing resilient, scalable and secure platform solutions.
Ability to develop and maintain web applications based on .NET framework, latest UI technologies and WCF/WebApi services
Strong in RDBMS and SQL database concepts to support the team in database archival strategies and performance tuning.
Work closely with infrastructure, security, support and architecture groups to sunrise and sunset platform products.
Understand the technology touch points for integrating composite service capabilities like Document Understanding, Process Mining etc., with core platform products to provide end-to-end business solution for stakeholders.
Migration of on-prem platform solution to Enterprise SaaS platform.
Work along with RPA platform vendors to align on product roadmaps, test new releases & rollout upgrades
Identify gaps in vendor products, fill gaps with custom engineering and develop tools
Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements.
Designing application solutions in accordance with standard automation design principles and standards.
Create and manage CI-CD pipelines in-line with Enterprise DevOps strategy.
Creating and maintaining solution documentation.
Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
Provide timely responses and solutions to the ongoing challenges.
Supporting the business teams during the UAT and rollout phases
Providing guidance, training and up-skilling the development team as required
Work closely with the development teams to review the deliverables and assist in development, testing, bug-fixes, etc.
Conduct code reviews, provide demonstration of the application solution to various stakeholders
Deployment of defined front line risk methodology for efficient risk governance.
Periodically review infrastructure capacity, plan & scale accordingly.
Identifying process improvements and implement possible solutions.
Essential Qualifications
Requires a bachelor's degree (B.E/ B.Tech) in a related area.
5+ years of overall experience in Software development in Microsoft Technologies (.net, C#, VB.net, WebApi/WCF, etc) with hands-on experience in implementation and delivery of web and windows-based application
4+ years of experience in design and architecture of large-scale application.
Microsoft certified professionals for application development and database management.
2+ years of work experience in Cloud migration capabilities
Sound knowledge on Enterprise Security architecture to design and implement credential management through Enterprise Password Vaults.
3+ years of experience in Robotic Process Automation tools like UiPath.
Should be able to write optimized SQL queries and have good knowledge on SQL performance tuning and DB archival concepts.
Sound knowledge in Distributed Application Architecture, 3/N-Tier & Client-Server Architectures.
Experience in Microsoft Power Platform to integrate composite systems within the bank.
Well versed in Service Oriented Architecture, Database and Design principles.
Experience in latest web technologies like AngularJS, Bootstrap, and ReactJS.
Proven track of managing customer facing projects using Agile methodology
Proven experience in delivering project on time, budget and quality.
Possess strong problem solving and decision making skills while using good judgement
Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external team members and the business stakeholders.
