Responsibilities

• To lead, direct and accompany an indigenous scalable application development team in design, coding , testing and debugging of application layers which would be used across Societe Generale globally
• Shouldhave an ability to transform the business requirement into technical design with consultation from BA/PO
• good problem solving skills with an ability to provide the necessary expertise to efficiently resolve complex problems of the development team and guide the team members at expected speed
• should be proficient in application frameworks and design patterns required to independently work on various modules
• Should have an ability to design the technical framework with farsighted scalability and reliability considering future needs and delivers new applications feature as per the user stories keeping overall product quality, requirements and timeline
• Can develop the intricacies of module designs and code within the application by self or optimum assistance from BA/PO. He is rated as a practicing craftsman for technology suite to be known within the application team. Strong understanding of overall application architecture within the scope of the development team
• good at estimating the tasks and helps the team arrive at the estimation fairly. Over time shows improved trend of estimation accuracy and maturity. Ability to control overall quality assurance expected by the business for sprint delivered
• works and shows continuous improvement on defect KPI defined for the delivered product evolutions. Devops skills Works with DevOps team members to Implement different techniques and tools available in CD/CI. Jointly to work closely with product owner to meet the expected project timelines and raise challenges /roadblocks as required
• you has good understanding of overall enterprise cartograhy and architecture of business entity S/he is currently associated to work with
• Collaboration and Communication Influence Architects, Consultants and Principal engineers on strategy and technical roadmap of the application
• Provide feedback, status and updates to PM, Project Leads with necessary details on work in progress. Ability to give enough status input to them on topics of development, risks, timelines, schedules, escalation and matters of urgent management attention.
• Domain Develop techno-functional understanding of all modules within application
• Efficiency Key contributions to technical leads for defining the optimization goals. This includes code evaluate existing code and review, regression impacts, cost saving proposals, performance etc
• Innovation Motivate team or self-lead initiatives towards innovation for business. This will also apply for his business line or organizational level
• Technology and Upskilling Contribute/ lead webinars and hackathons
• Lead POC on new tech or architecture in her/his line of technology domain

Profile required

Experince : 8 + Years

Expertise in JAVA, MICROSERVICE, SPRING MODULES,SQL, No SQL

UI/UX experience in ANGULAR/REACT

Executed the project by TDD/BDD.

Strong implementation, understanding of Design Patterns and Object-Oriented Programming Concepts, Data structures, algorithms and also Microservices patterns.

Good knowledge of Talend Open Studio for DI / Talend solution

Experience in CI/CD and Kubernetes

Experience In public cloud ( Either Azure or AWS)
