YOUR IMPACT:

We are seeking an experiencedLead Software Engineer with strong programming expertise and the ability torapidly learn and apply AI technologies. The role involves designing and implementingGenerative and Agentic AI solutions usingC++andJava, withknowledge on LangChain and LlamaIndex, while leveragingPrompt Engineering andvector databases.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:

Design and developGenerative AI applications and services using C++ and Java. Build and optimizeRAG pipelines for large-scale data processing and retrieval. ApplyPrompt Engineering techniques to fine-tune LLM outputs. LeverageML, DL, and NLP techniques to solve complex AI problems. Collaborate with data and platform teams to integrate AI into production systems. Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in AI development.

What you will need to succeed



Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8-12 years of software development experience, including2+ years in AI/ML. Strong programming proficiency in C++ and Java. Hands-on experience withPrompt Engineering. Working knowledge ofMachine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP. Knowledge on LangChain and LlamaIndex frameworks. Exposure in vector databases (PostgreSQL) is an added advantage. Exposure in UI design using AngularJS or React is an added advantage. Strong problem-solving and mentoring abilities.
