The Opportunity:

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about our journey of product evolution. The candidate should have strong technical skills, familiarity with network management, programming skills, TDD, J2EE, and WildFly technologies. This role will require working closely with technical architects and product owners to lead and contribute towards the design and implementation of key features and enhancements.

You are great at:

• Designing and developing scalable, extensible, and secure product enhancements
• Executing high-quality engineering, including test-driven development
• Working well with team members, architects, product owners, and scrum masters to come up with the best solutions and execute them efficiently
• Contributing to continuous improvement and innovation
• Providing guidance, reviewing implementation design documents and codes, and mentoring less-experienced staff members.

What it takes:

• Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Typically, 10+ years\' relevant experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong hands-on J2EE backend development skills, sound knowledge in Linux, Windows, JBoss/WildFly, Kubernetes, REST-based API development, Spring boot, test automation, Authentication schemes (SAML, OAuth, etc), and Databases (Postgres, Oracle, Vertica)
• Strong hands-on software development experience with microservices, SaaS, Cloud environments
• Great to have: Experience with network management, network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.), and networking technologies including SDx (SDN, SD-WAN, etc)
• Great to have: blogs, paper publications, patents
• Great to have: open-source contribution
• Great to have: Golang, C++
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Should be a self-starter; with demonstrating solid ownership and diligence
