Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with 8+ years of experience in system-level development, Linux administration, networking, and automation. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams from design through production deployment, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability across distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams through design, development, and deployment phases.
Establish, implement, and maintain coding and architecture standards.
Design and develop system and user-space components using C/C++.
Optimize performance, memory usage, and concurrency in distributed environments.
Administer and troubleshoot complex Linux-based systems and services.
Analyze, debug, and resolve network issues involving TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and routing.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab.
Automate testing, deployments, and maintenance processes to improve system reliability.
Manage and optimize containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
Ensure system reliability, resilience, and auto-scaling capabilities across platforms.
Serve as the technical escalation point during critical production incidents.
Investigate, debug, and resolve production issues with urgency and accountability.
Document system architectures, configurations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Mentor and guide team members to foster technical excellence and learning.

Must-Have Skills

Advanced hands-on expertise in C/C++ for performance tuning, system programming, and debugging.
Deep understanding of Linux internals, shell scripting, and system-level diagnostics.
Strong command of networking protocols, packet analysis, and troubleshooting tools.
Proven experience in designing and maintaining scalable distributed systems.
Proficiency in pipeline design, automation frameworks, and CI/CD processes.
Comprehensive experience deploying and managing Docker and Kubernetes environments in production.

Preferred Qualifications
