Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled

Lead Software Developer

with a strong background in

full-stack development

to lead technical teams, design scalable systems, and drive innovative product development. The ideal candidate is passionate about building high-quality web applications, mentoring developers, and shaping tech architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end development of scalable web applications. Architect, design, and implement front-end and back-end components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UI/UX, QA, DevOps). Review code, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose adoption where beneficial. Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and decision-making.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a

Full-Stack Developer

(preferably in MERN, MEAN, or similar stacks). Proficient in

JavaScript/TypeScript

,

React.js

,

Node.js

,

Express.js

,

HTML5

,

CSS3

, and

RESTful APIs

. Strong knowledge of

databases

(MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL). Experience with

cloud platforms

(AWS, Azure, GCP) and

CI/CD pipelines

. Familiarity with version control tools (Git, GitHub/GitLab). Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including Agile and DevOps. Experience with microservices and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred).
