Summary As Lead Field Service & Technical Advising Specialist-Steam Turbine, you shall be responsible for :
o Planning and execution of Steam turbine outages of Own fleets as well as Other OEM fleets in SQDC (Safety-Quality-Delivery-Cost) sequence.
o Interacting with vendor/customer for planning and execution of the outages
o Analysis & providing technical solutions to problems being encountered /identified by Thermal Power Utilities in consultation with Engineering.
o Installation Management at ST Retrofit sites.
o Creation of Methods Statements & Field Procedures Standards and project specific technical documentation to support outages for identified oOEM fleets.
Roles and Responsibilities
Working as Site Lead/Technical Lead for assigned outages including dealing with all technical & safety matters related to outage execution, owning the customer relationship during outage duration, and driving customer issues resolution within outage schedule. * Align all execution team members towards outage execution excellence, including cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Sourcing, Project Management, Safety and Quality functions to achieve outage execution KPIs and customer satisfaction.
