Key Responsibilities:
Service Management Expertise:
Oversee and manage
Change Management
, ensuring efficient approval and implementation of changes with minimal disruption.
Handle
Incident Management
, including the coordination and resolution of major incidents within defined SLAs.
Manage the lifecycle of assets under
Asset Management
, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Adhere to and promote
ITIL best practices
across operations.
Transformation Leadership:
Act as the primary liaison for transformation initiatives within India.
Communicate and educate Indian operational teams on new processes and guidelines during transformation projects.
Collect and address feedback, ensuring alignment with transformation goals.
Collaboration with Japan Market:
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the
Japan market
.
Ensure alignment of service management processes with Japan-specific requirements and expectations.
Provide insights and recommendations based on Japan market dynamics.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify and implement opportunities for improving service management processes.
Conduct regular training sessions for teams to enhance their understanding of ITIL practices.

oTechnical knowledge and expertise in the given technology/service domain
