The role holder must be aligned with Key Client deliverables and manage the services to drive internal governance and external reporting with focus on customer service excellence.
This role holder is expected to form a key responsibility of engaging with client and create positive impact in clients eco system by driving the operations efficiently.
Role and Responsibilities:
