Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead/Frontend(Angular) Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the front-end development efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers, to ensure the delivery of high-quality and user-friendly web applications.



Lead the front-end development team, providing technical guidance and mentorship to ensure best practices in coding, design, user experience, secure programming, and CI/CD pipelines. Design, develop, and maintain highly interactive and responsive web applications using AngularJS. Implement secure coding practices to protect applications from vulnerabilities such as XSS, CSRF, and other common web security threats. Conduct regular security reviews and audits of the front-end codebase. Work with DevOps to integrate front-end development into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring smooth and efficient code deployment, automated testing, and continuous delivery. Work closely with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components. Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high code quality, performance, and security. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure continuous improvement and timely delivery of features. Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development, continuously improving our front-end stack and development processes. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing expert support to the development team. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for front-end architecture, components, development processes, and security guidelines.
